Welcome to Kaya — an ecosystem for pet owners, local communities, and animal help.

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern your use of the Kaya mobile application and related services. By using Kaya, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.

3. Content

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Kaya a license to display and distribute it within the app. You may not post illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

4. Location Data

Kaya uses your location to show nearby places, pets, and community events. You control location sharing through device settings and in-app privacy controls.

5. Liability

Kaya is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for damages arising from app use.
